COR® Program
The Certificate of Recognition (COR®) Program is an occupational safety and health accreditation program. It verifies that a company has implemented a comprehensive safety and health management system that meets national standards. The main objectives of the COR® program are to help employers develop, implement, assess, and continuously improve their safety and health management systems to prevent workplace incidents and injuries.
COR® certification is often used as a pre-qualification requirement for contracts by public and private project owners across Canada. To achieve COR® certification, companies must complete required training, implement their safety and health program, and undergo both internal and external audits.
