What is the state of your organization's safety management system?
A safety management system is a formal, structured approach to managing safety in the workplace that includes policies, procedures, and practices aimed at preventing accidents and injuries. It typically includes elements such as hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting, training and continuous monitoring to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

A thorough review of the organization's management system brings attention to areas that need improvement. With commitment, addressing the weaknesses in management systems can lead to improvements by encouraging accountability among leaders and employees and ultimately strengthen the overall performance of an organization.

We proudly offer a Safety Management System that includes:

Development of a Safety and Health Management System that meets the COR National Standard.
Implementation of a Safety and Health Management System:
Employers must develop and implement a safety and health management system that exceeds regulatory requirements. This system should be based on a "Plan, Do, Check, Act" cycle focused on continual improvement
Conduct internal Audits and support with external audits:
The management system must undergo rigorous internal and external audits.

To be eligible for COR®, the audit must achieve a minimum score of 80% overall, with at least 50% on each audit element.

COR® certification is typically valid for three years, provided that annual internal maintenance audits are conducted annually to ensure the system remains effective and compliant.
